"The Owners Suite" 10- (565 sq ft) Ocean facing owners suite with Conservatory tucked away from everyone and everything. This room has a Queen 5 ft wide bed an en-suite Rain Dance Head Shower and kitchenette. The Pool deck is above with 2 Sun loungers for this room available. A delux Continental breakfast showered in rose petals is served in your suite. Full English Breakfast is available. This room is only available at peak periods ie Nov, Dec Jan and Feb.

"THE SUNSET SUITE 9" OPEN PLAN SPLIT LEVEL 600 SQ FT WITH BALCONY/DECK BOASTING POOL SIDE LOCATION AND THE PERFECT INFINITY EFFECT BETWEEN POOL, SEA AND SKY (3 SHADES OF BLUE!).

This air-conditioned open plan split level suite has a Superking/Calif King (6 ft wide) bed and incredible views. The en-suite shower is fitted with a rain dance shower head, Philippe Starck basin and taps. The suite has its own kitchenette which is fully equipped for light meals and a fully stocked mini-bar. The kitchenette and surfaces throughout the suite are cladded with the most beautiful granite you have ever seen! A deluxe Continental breakfast showered in rose petals is served in your suite or on your balcony in front of the sea. Full English breakfast is available. This suite is our newest. It has a dining table with chairs and 2 sunloungers right in front of the room for your use.

This air-conditioned suite has a Superking/Calif King (6 ft wide) bed and incredible views. The en-suite shower is fitted with a rain dance shower head, Philippe Starck basin and taps. The counters are cladded with the most beautiful granite you have ever seen! The suite has its own kitchenette which is fully equipped for light meals and a fully stocked mini-bar. A deluxe Continental breakfast showered in rose petals is served in your suite or on your balcony in front of the sea. Full English breakfast is available. There is a table, chairs and 2 sun loungers right in front of your suite for your use.

This is an air-conditioned Ocean view full en-suite ocean facing room with a Superking (6ft wide) bed. This room is furnished with a desk, 2-seater sofa and coffee table that face the views. The room has had a makeover recently and the bath room has been kitted out with Philippe Starck fixtures. There is a bath and separate shower with a Rain Dance Shower head. There is additional seating out side on your balcony/deck to wine and dine in front of the ocean. It is particularly romantic at night with the turquoise pool, under lighted palms and moon reflecting on the sea.

Room 2 "Table Mountain View"

Mountain view room/mini-suite

with balcony and ocean facing sunbathing deck

This is an air-conditioned split level 390 sq ft en-suite room with a Superking/Calif King (6 ft wide). It is surrounded by a tropical garden with water feature and Koi pond. In your private garden there is a fixed granite table with seating for two. At the end of your garden there is a private ocean facing sun bathing deck with two loungers and further spectacular views of the sea with the mountains towering behind you. The mountains disappear right down into the sea. The room has its own private balcony as well as a desk, 2-seater sofa and coffee table that face the views. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a Rain Dance Shower Head. It is particularly romantic at night with the under lighted garden, trees and Table Mountain back lighted. The sun comes up over the mountain at 9 am and the moon also does the same in the evening. If you are lucky enough to have a full moon as well....its magic

Room 1 "The Master Bedroom"

with balcony and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, Table Mountain, Lions Head and Camps Bay

Guests have been asking us for years to let them have this room on the top so we offered it only a few seasons ago and it has become very popular. The Master Bedroom is an air-conditioned Ocean view full en-suite room with a Superking/Calif King (6ft wide). It has the most stunning panoramic views of both the Sea and Mountains. There are a series of angled skylights facing the mountains. The view knocks you over when you walk into the room! Being at the top of the villa the room is subject to some wind noise on occasion. This room is treated like a suite and a deluxe Continental Breakfast showered in rose petals is served in your room or on your balcony overlooking the sea. Full English Breakfast is also available. There is a dining table in your room and one on your balcony facing the sea with the mountains towering behind you. There is a round sun lounger for two on the balcony just to relax or chill out whilst gazing at the magnificent ocean view. It is particularly romantic at night with the turquoise pool, underlighted palms and moon reflecting on the sea. This room has had quite a refurb with new Philippe Starck bathroom fittings and a Rain Dance shower head. This room has blinds on the skylights and block out curtains which are not shown in the photographs.

Room 3 "The Rock Room"

Ocean view room/mini-suite

with enclosed balcony, reserved poolside dining and sunbathing area plus a triple headed Hans-Grohe shower

This is an air-conditioned Ocean view pool side en-suite 350 sq ft room with a Superking/Calif King (6 ft wide) bed. It has a desk and an enclosed balcony/sitting area with two comfortable Zebra chairs, coffee table and sliders that open onto the pool facing the views! Its particularly romantic at night with the turquoise pool, under lighted palms and moon reflecting on the sea. This room has just had a major revamp with a triple headed Hans Grohe shower. There is a Rain Dance, Massage and Waterfall effect which is a completely different sensation on the body not to be missed. We added a Philippe Starck wc, basin, taps and couldnt resist importing some outrageous sculptures from the Greek island of Santorini as well. This room is very popular and the owners favorite in the main villa. There is additional seating outside to wine and dine on the pool balcony in front of the sea as well as a separate sunbathing area by the pool reserved especially for this room.

"THE PINEAPPLE SUITE 7" WITH OCEAN FACING BALCONY/DECK. THIS IS OUR LARGEST SUITE AT 750 sq ft. THE BATH & OPEN PLAN WET ROOM SHOWER IS AMAZING!

The bath and counters are claded with the most beautiful granite you have ever seen! The suite has its own kitchenette which is fully equipped for light meals and a fully stocked mini-bar. A deluxe Continental breakfast showered in rose petals is served in your suite or on your balcony in front of the sea. Full English breakfast is available. On your private balcony there is a table and chairs as well as a round sun lounger for two to simply chill out or relax whilst gazing at the magnificent views!
